Una persona que mantiene m\u00fasica a un volumen muy alto e impide el descanso de la comunidad puede ser detenida en flagrante delito, incautada de sus equipos y acusada de contaminaci\u00f3n s\u00f3nica y alteraci\u00f3n del orden p\u00fablico por las autoridades de la Polic\u00eda Nacional<\/p>\n

Varios pa\u00edses y regiones cuentan con leyes que tipifican la contaminaci\u00f3n ac\u00fastica grave como un delito penal que puede conllevar penas de c\u00e1rcel, especialmente cuando afecta la salud p\u00fablica o el medio ambiente de forma severa. Entre ellos destacan Alemania, los pa\u00edses de la Uni\u00f3n Europea bajo directivas ambientales comunes, Espa\u00f1a (a trav\u00e9s de sentencias por delitos contra el medio ambiente y la tranquilidad) y Venezuela, adem\u00e1s de normativas locales en pa\u00edses como Rep\u00fablica Dominicana donde el exceso de ruido extremo puede derivar en arrestos y sanciones penales.<\/p>\n
